Reviews
the vegan ginger chicken pho is ridiculously delicious. been here twice now and that's my go to. the regular vegan pho is pretty mid.
always great service and food comes really quickly. lovely seating and space is well designed. definitely one of the go to spots when in williamsburg especially for these winters. have yet to try other viet spots in the city with vegan options but have tried a lot of the west coast and this definitely is up to par.
Food: I had the brisket pho and brisket banh mi. I thought everything tasted meh.
Whether you order your food to stay or to-go, it's all served in to-go plastic containers. Overall not an environmentally friendly experience.
Atmosphere: The venue is small and cool. The backyard is amazing as well.
Overall: I probably won't return.
This food was absolutely delicious! Oh my goodness, I haven’t had Vietnamese food in years and this was a great dish to get back into it. There were so many delicious flavors and it was a cold and hot dish that ended up being warm when mixed all together and the Hoisin Sauce is a must on your bowl. It’s sweet and tangy and adds so much more to your bowl along with a clear sauce you add as well. I will definitely be going back for lunch and dinner and dining in whenever I’m in the area. Love love love the vegan options here! Vegan approved 🫡
Casual and cozy ambience, friendly staff, and delicious food for carnivores as well as vegans! I’m vegan and always love when I have more than one choice that’s not salad to enjoy from a restaurant.
We tried the bahm mi, pho, and stir fry noodles with tofu and delicious plant based chicken.
The peanut butter and hot sauces are on point.
The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is to DIE for and my husband loved the iced tea.
We loved our seats outdoor in the super cute backyard and couldn’t recommend this restaurant more. Definitely coming back with friends!
I love Vietnamese food and I eat it very often, and I can say without any doubt, this was by far the best pho I've had in NYC. The broth was dark, extremely flavorful and rich, absolutely delightful. The brisket was to die for, super tender and delicious. I also tried one of their bahami which was also very tasty 😋
The place is simple, nothing pretentious and it's meant for a quick bite/lunch, which frankly adds to the charm of it. I loved it, I'm definitely going back and I think everyone who loves pho should go asap.
We LOVE Lucy’s Vietnamese. The beef brisket pho *chefs kiss* they also have vegan options here. Highly recommend the summer rolls. They also pack their food in reusable bags. Pro tip: bring the bag back with you and thank us later. …
I went in person and had a lemongrass tofu pho 🍜 and it was delicious. Tofu was marinated and very tasty with a huge portion size which was a huge plus for someone like me who’s looking to add more protein. Broth was good too just felt a bit less in comparison to other items and noodles. They served in plastic bowls and spoons which made the pho experience a notch down for me.
Super delicious and satisfying vegan choices. Love the homemade vegan broth for the pho. Summer rolls are yum, the banh mi is on point and the vegan vermicelli is our favorite BUT make sure to *switch* out the fish sauce for peanut sauce! Also not sure why but their black iced tea is so good and special. I wish they would make vegan Vietnamese iced tea / coffee!
